Encore Lab has collaborated in this successful project, which is coming to an end with good results.
AFarCloud was born to address the urgent need for a holistic and systematic approach. To provide a distributed platform for autonomous agriculture, enabling real-time integration and cooperation of cyber-physical systems to increase farming efficiency, productivity, animal health, food quality and reduced farm labour costs. This platform would integrate with the farm management software and support monitoring and decision making, based on Big Data and real-time data mining techniques.
